All deposits to your wstar88 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank, among others available at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit amount is RM20. wstar88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are clearly erroneous ("Manifest Error"), wstar88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the member. A Manifest Error includes, but is not limited to, incorrect odds caused by technical malfunction, pricing feed failure, or human input error.
All casino games available on the wstar88 platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games and jackpot titles, are operated using certified Random Number Generators ("RNG") where applicable, or through live studio streams where a human dealer is present. Return to Player ("RTP") percentages for RNG games are certified by independent testing laboratories. wstar88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed at the relevant table prior to commencement of play. Decisions made by live dealers are final. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, wstar88's system records will be used to determine the outcome of any unsettled hand or round.
